A stilt-plus-four builder floor building, as designed: parking and a lift core at stilt level, one three-bedroom typical plan stacked four times, and a street face in brick and textured render with jaali screens.

Agarwal Floors is a builder floor building in design and execution, and this page describes it from the studio's floor plans and visualisations. Above a stilt level for parking, four residential floors repeat one typical plan, and the stair and lift continue to a terrace level on the roof.

The stilt plan is drawn for parking, with four cars laid out in two rows between the columns. The stair, entered through a small foyer, and a lift 5 feet 3 inches square are grouped in one core along a side wall, with the electrical panel beside the lift. At the back are four small rooms, two of 8 feet 6 inches by 5 feet 3 inches and two of 7 feet by 4 feet 9 inches, and a motor box sits against the rear boundary.

The typical floor is a three-bedroom home of its own. From the stair and lift foyer, with a puja niche beside the lift, the plan opens into a living and dining room of about 21½ by 13½ feet. The kitchen, 9 by 14 feet, sits at the rear beside a utility balcony 5 feet 7 inches wide with a washing area. Bedroom 1, about 12 by 14 feet, is at the rear, near a toilet and a 6 by 10 foot dressing room. Bedroom 2, about 11 by 17 feet, and bedroom 3, about 11½ by 14½ feet with its own dressing area, share the front with two toilets between them and a balcony of 11 feet 4 inches by 6 feet.

The visualisations show how the street face holds four floors together. A rounded frame of textured beige render wraps the upper floors and holds two recessed balconies, each beside a panel of patterned jaali screening; the first floor steps out beneath it as an open balcony with a slatted railing and planters. The side elevation is clad in red-brown brick, with slender vertical windows set in a regular grid, while the rear walls are left in plain render. A thin cantilevered roof canopy with a timber soffit caps the top floor. At ground level the stilt sits behind a boundary wall with slatted gates.
