Black Ant Studio designs and builds across Chandigarh, Mohali and the wider tricity from our Sector 74 studio — kothis, independent floors, farm houses and hospitality spaces, drawn for the plains climate and detailed to age well. A large share of our tricity work is for NRI families building in India from abroad.

Chandigarh and Mohali are planned cities with real rules — sector byelaws, zoning, setbacks, basement and stilt limits, and PUDA / GMADA sanction drawings. We design within them from day one, so the home you see rendered is the home that gets an occupation certificate. For plots in Kharar, Zirakpur, New Chandigarh and Panchkula, we work to each authority's norms.

Our founder, Ar. Dipesh Panghal, spent 2019–2025 as Partner-Director at DDIR Architecture Studio, Bangalore, working with Ar. Dominic Dube — a discipline of detailed drawings and built precision we bring to every tricity project.

Weekly photo and video updates, drawings and material choices shared online, transparent costing, and on-site supervision by our own team. Many tricity homes we build are for families who visit once or twice a year — the studio is the constant on the ground.
